What is the lead time after placing an order?
Lead time is 14 to 21 working days after contract signature and payment confirmation. This includes production, packaging, and inland transport to any global port.
Do you offer CIF shipping or only FOB?
We offer both FOB Cotonou and CIF to any global port. Our logistics team can arrange full door-to-door shipping upon request.
What documentation is provided with each shipment?
We provide: Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate, Quality Certificate (lab analysis), Commercial Invoice, and Packing List. All documents are aligned with UBA Benin audit requirements.
